Signalcom Networks secures USD 4 million per month voice deal with Tier-1 carrier

Signalcom Networks LLC has signed a six-month wholesale voice agreement with a Tier-1 international carrier valued at approximately USD 4 million in monthly termination volume.

Signalcom Networks LLC has entered into a wholesale voice termination agreement with a Tier-1 international carrier, covering an initial six-month term with an expected run-rate of approximately USD 4 million per month.

Under the agreement, Signalcom will carry premium retail and enterprise voice traffic across its global interconnect footprint, supported by direct routes, CLI-verified delivery and 24x7 Network Operations Center oversight. Capacity has been provisioned across multiple geographically diverse points of presence with automatic failover between carrier paths.

The engagement materially expands Signalcom's annualised revenue base and deepens its position within Tier-1 wholesale voice settlements. Delivery is governed by contractual quality thresholds covering answer-seizure ratio, average call duration and post-dial delay, with monthly performance reviews between both network operations teams.

Signalcom expects the agreement to be extended beyond the initial six-month term subject to sustained quality performance, and continues to evaluate further Tier-1 interconnect opportunities across its DID, SMS and SIP trunking portfolio.
